I had a hag weekend before my 'nedding'. For me, a hag weekend was a mix of stag and hen, as we didn't want to split our friends up. A 'nedding' was a non-wedding - basically a civil ceremony celebration. Suggestions for travel phrases: 1. Hollydays - going away for Christmas. 2. Long Geekend - a long weekend spent looking at museums, galleries, historical monuments, castles ... anything you don't really want to admit to your much cooler friends. 3.
